Sales & Marketing Manager
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ (for Manager) or 3 years’ (for Senior Executive/Executive) relevant working experience, preferably in the property development and construction industry (commercial & industrial).
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence and an acute sense of the market environment.
- Independent, result-oriented, aggressive in sales and able to develop effective marketing plans and strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills.
